The Guest Services team is the first team that most people see when they walk in the doors but they go way beyond just opening the door for you! From hosting our online services to keeping our kids wing secure, the guest services team is a great place to meet new people and help make sure they feel welcome here at Flatland.

Play an instrument or love to lead people by lifting your voice to God in song? Well then the Worship team could be a great fit! From Sunday morning service to Youth on Wednesday night, our Worship team helps cultivate an atmosphere where people can meet with God.

Tech team might feel like its behind the scenes but they are as much part of the worship team as anyone on stage. Our Tech team makes sure that the distractions are as nonexistent as possible during the Sunday Service. From making sure that the lights and mics are turned on at the right time, to following the speaker on stage using a camera to make sure that our online viewers have the best experience possible. If you have a love to new tech and a heart for serving then we would love to have you!

Our Kids Team is anything but babysitting. From 6 months to 6th grade, the Kids of Flatland are longing to learn of the love of Jesus and we need your help to show them. While our nursery team maybe just showing love by caring for and praying over the little ones, our juniors and elementary teams help teach from the Bible every week...and we have a lot of fun doing it. All we need is the willingness to show love the way Jesus would. Whose in?

10/10. That’s the motto for our Youth. That means we are striving for 10 out 10 kids who graduate out of our youth group to stay in the church and not fall away from their faith. The national average is only 2/10 so we need people willing to show up every week and help breathe life into the youth of Flatland. The blitz nights can be crazy and fun but the best moments are seeing a student really start to understand the Bible and watch it change their life. Will you help us get to 10/10?

Do you find yourself taking pictures or videos, trying to capture each moment so that you can hold on to it? Or maybe you love creating eye catching graphics, the Communications Team might just be for you. Social media is a tool that we want to use to spread the good news of Jesus to as many people as we can but we need people to help capture those moments. Don’t do much social media? No problem. Our communications team helps create our Sunday morning graphics as well as capture the stories of how Jesus is changing peoples lives right here at Flatland and we would love your help!

We are called to be good stewards of everything God has given us and that starts with Facilities Team helps do small projects around the building. Sometimes its a repair, sometimes its a facelift, either way we need your help. If you are a tradesmen who likes to tinker in your spare time or just someone whose willing to come hold a flashlight, we would love to have you on the Facilities team.
